Sanam Chitrakar

Founding Partner

Sanam Chitrakar is a Business and Development Consultant with over eighteen years of multi-disciplinary development, coaching, training and consulting experience. He has worked with private companies and development organizations in diverse projects ranging from agriculture, food, Information Technology, skills-based consulting, fundraising to contemporary development issues. He is also a certified trainer and coach and has trained private companies, NGOs, I/NGOs and CBOs in writing, communication and presentation skills. He has also largely worked on providing proposal writing, report writing and project documentation support for private and development organizations. As a partner at Biruwa Advisors, he primarily oversees research, strategy development and business development. He has led extensive researches for private and non-profit entities including star rated hospitality services, consumer goods, infrastructure projects and youth career and entrepreneurship projects in Nepal. He is also a serial entrepreneur who co-owns agriculture, consulting, information technology and counseling companies.

Anup Tamang

Founding & Managing Partner

Anup Tamang is a Management Consultant who has had over 10 years of experience in Risk Advisory, Account Support and Financial Management. With the experience of Risk Advisory for world renowned Indian and Multinational Companies in Bangalore, he has been providing consultation to Nepali companies experiencing growing pains. Financial planning in terms of assessing financial feasibility of business decisions has been a key focus for most of the projects he has been involved in. He is also a partner at Ark Consulting where he focuses on business development and strategy management for the business support wing providing accounts, taxation and statutory compliance support. As a partner at Biruwa Advisors, he supports business entities in managing the internal operations of the company to support start-ups, enterprises in growth stage and entrepreneurs trying to exit (or offload their risk) from operations of their business through multi-disciplinary enterprise consultation and business support.

Sanjila Shrestha

Senior Associate

Sanjila Shrestha is a Senior Associate at Biruwa Advisors with a background in management. In her role, she plays a crucial part in supporting the planning and execution of various projects and business development initiatives. She maintains close collaboration with our partners to craft proposals, prepare reports, manage critical documentation, and actively contribute to the seamless daily operations of the company. Additionally, Sanjila assumes the key role of overseeing various projects and team management.

Sujan KC

Business Associate- Project

Sujan KC is a BSW graduate from Tribhuvan University and holds over 8 years of experience working in development projects.
Being a change agent he has been working for the operations and advocacy in various sectors related to WASH, Climate Change and Women Empowerment.
In his role, here at Biruwa Advisors, he plays a crucial part in executing projects that aims for the positive evolution in different social issues and initiatives focusing on the impact.

Ashim Hang Limbu

Business Associate

Ashim Hang Limbu is a BBA graduate from Tribhuvan University. He currently serves as a Business Associate in our organization. His role is integral to the smooth execution of our business development as he works in providing key support in developing proposals and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurately managed. He also plays a pivotal role in the preparation of reports and contributes significantly to the overall operational efficiency of the company.

Rasu Rajbanshi

Business Associate

Rasu Rajbanshi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Kathmandu University School of Management. Currently, she serves as a Business Associate in Biruwa, and plays a key role in providing integrated support across project management, administration, and HR functions. She coordinates project activities, monitors timelines, deliverables, milestones, and level of effort (LOE), and ensures projects are implemented efficiently and on schedule. She collaborates closely with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution and compliance.

Her responsibilities include tracking budgets and resource utilization, identifying and flagging potential risks or delays, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting records. She also supports financial and administrative processes such as invoice tracking, payment coordination, meeting organization, and follow-up actions.
