Biruwa undertook an organizational development project for Digi Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd. This project was focused on several key aspects to streamline operations and drive efficiency. This included crafting a detailed organogram featuring a secondary functional line, identifying critical needs for additional team members, and addressing existing operational gaps.Biruwa methodology for Digi Refrigeration involved creating business process flow diagrams for key operational processes. Additionally, comprehensive job descriptions meticulously aligned with the newly established organogram was developed. This strategic approach led to tangible improvements in operational efficiency for Digi Refrigeration. Furthermore, it facilitated the expansion of their team while simultaneously reducing the owner's involvement in day-to-day affairs.
Biruwa Advisors conducted a thorough operational and organizational assessment of Cunina Nepal, an INGO dedicated to providing educational scholarships and vocational training to children from Sankhuwasabha and Kathmandu. This comprehensive assessment covered both organizations under its umbrella, namely Cunina Nepal and Cunina Public Educational Trust.Leveraging the insights gained from this assessment, Biruwa played a pivotal role in refining the organizational functions and standardizing roles and responsibilities across both entities. This initiative involved development of new Job Descriptions that aligned with the revised organizational structure. Furthermore, Biruwa provided recruitment support to facilitate the implementation of the new organizational structure, ensuring alignment with the recommendations derived from the initial Organizational Assessment phase.

To achieve this, Biruwa conducted a comprehensive review of Sangharsa Rose's key business processes. This included in-depth interviews with key personnel and a thorough analysis of company documents. By combining this information, Biruwa identified gaps and inefficiencies in the existing processes across different teams. This analysis culminated in the creation of a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual, providing Sangharsa Rose with a clear roadmap to smoothen operations
