Rasu Rajbanshi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Kathmandu University School of Management. Currently, she serves as a Junior Associate in the Human Resources and Admin department, responsible for overseeing various tasks such as maintaining and organizing personnel records, managing invoices, payroll, and streamlining recruitment and onboarding processes. Beyond these core duties, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization through coordination, resolving employee concerns, and implementing administrative strategies to improve efficiency.
